Who We Are
Our website address is: https://coherepath.org
This site is operated by the creators of Plainkoi: Clarity Tools for Human–AI Collaboration.
We do not collect unnecessary data, and we do not sell or share your information. This site exists to help you reflect better using AI—without invasive tracking.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymized string (called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to see if you have a profile picture associated with your email. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture may be visible to others alongside your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the site, please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors to the site can download and extract location information from uploaded images.
Cookies
We use cookies to personalize content, analyze traffic, and enhance your experience. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the consent banner on this site.
If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience and last one year.
If you visit our login page (if enabled), a temporary cookie is set to check if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in (site admins only), several cookies are set to save your login and screen display preferences. Login cookies last two days; display option cookies last one year. Selecting “Remember Me” keeps you logged in for two weeks.
If you edit or publish an article, a cookie will be saved in your browser indicating the post ID—no personal data is included. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, or social media embeds). Embedded content behaves just as if you visited the other site directly.
These third-party sites may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with that content—especially if you’re logged into their services (e.g., YouTube, X, or LinkedIn).
Who We Share Your Data With
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We do not share data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This helps us recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically.
If users register on the site (e.g., for posting or editing content), we store the personal data they provide in their user profile. Users can view, edit, or delete their data anytime (except their username). Site administrators can also view and edit that information.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request an exported file of your personal data. You can also request that we erase any data we hold—excluding any required for legal, security, or administrative reasons.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
