How to Improve Your Reflection Ratio
- Be specific: Length, format, purpose
- Set the tone: “Sound like a coach,” “Keep it warm but professional”
- Define the audience: Who are you talking to?
- Give style samples: Feed in your writing or brand tone
- Refine iteratively: Follow up with “Make it punchier” or “Soften this slightly”
